Ordered Monday arrived Thursday. Shipping time was great was not expecting that quick of a turn around. Production grow had great communication during that period with a tracking number and a shipping address confirmation. Only problem was when I set it up and turned it on motor would not run. I tried changing out the fuse and tried different outlets to no avail. So, the next morning I reached out to production grow and they told me they would communicate with the manufacturer and get back to me. While ez trim did not pick up the phone they responded to my voicemail within minutes. He told me to take the cover off of the motor(4 screws and an included Allen wrench), and to check the on/off/reverse switch. Must’ve got a jolt during shipping because that was definitely the solution. Once It was off and running it was a pleasurable experience to say the least. Would’ve been 5 stars if it just worked out of the box. Not production grows fault they get 5 stars, ez trim gets 4… so to be fair, I’d say 4.5!!!
